Mommy influencer Emilie Kiser announced she’s pregnant more than a year after her toddler drowned in her family’s Arizona pool while her husband was distracted inside the home with the couple’s newborn.
“We are so grateful and excited to share that we will be welcoming another baby into our family,” the 27-year-old TikToker posted on Instagram Friday afternoon, with a photo of her baby bump.
“This news feel very surreal and has already been such a bright light to us during some of our darkest days. As I stated last year, my family’s privacy will always be my priority,” she continued.
“Because of that, I’m not sure how much I will be sharing about this pregnancy and next phase of life, but I appreciate your understanding as I navigate those boundaries. This baby has already brought so much hope and joy into our home, and we are treasuring every moment of it together.”
She then thanked her more than 2.1 million Instagram followers for their support and well wishes.
The announcement comes more than a year after her 3-year-old son, Trigg, fell into the family’s backyard pool in Chandler and died while her husband, Brady, was home alone with their two children in May 2025.
The youngster died on May 18, six days after being pulled from the water.
Brady, whose attention was allegedly “divided” at the time of Trigg’s drowning, was initially recommended for a felony child abuse charge by police, but a prosecutor later said he would not be charged.
The expectant mom revealed last month that she has forgiven her husband.
