Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles home was burglarized while he’s been traveling to promote his latest film, F1.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to Pitt’s house in the Los Feliz neighborhood on Wednesday, June 25, at around 10:30 p.m. local time, Us Weekly can confirm.

The police told Us in a Thursday, June 26, statement that three suspects “jumped over a fence” to get into the yard where they allegedly “broke into the home through a front window” and that the residence had been “ransacked.”

According to ABC News, investigators plan to use surveillance video from the estate to track down the suspects. Two law enforcement sources told NBC News on Thursday that the robbers took an “unknown amount” of miscellaneous items but didn’t disclose what was stolen.

A spokesperson for Pitt, 61, declined to comment to Us Weekly.

Pitt was not home during the incident as he was traveling for work, per ABC News. The actor was on the red carpet for the London premiere of his film F1: The Movie when the burglars entered his home on Wednesday.

Pitt was photographed alongside his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, and costars at London’s Cineworld Leicester Square. The U.K. premiere is the latest stop on Pitt’s world tour for the movie, which hits theaters on Friday, June 27.

The actor was previously in New York City on June 16 with de Ramon, 32, whom he’s been dating since 2022. Pitt’s trip to the Big Apple, which included spending time with Jimmy Fallon, took place after he returned from Mexico, promoting the movie on June 9.

The burglary at Pitt’s home is the latest in a slew of celebrity break-ins over the past year.

In February, seven men were charged with a string of burglaries that targeted professional athletes including Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes. The Kansas City Chiefs players’ homes were ransacked in October 2024.

According to ABC News, the eight Chilean men allegedly responsible were charged in February with conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.

That same month, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Los Angeles house was reportedly burglarized on Valentine’s Day.

NBC News reported at the time that the Beverly Hills residence had signs of “ransacking and breaking glass.”

In May, police responded to Pitt’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston’s home in Bel Air after a man allegedly rammed his vehicle into the gate of her house. (Pitt and Aniston, 56, were married five years before announcing their split in January 2005.)

KTLA5 confirmed that the Los Angeles Police Department arrested Jimmy Wayne Carwyle on May 6 after receiving a call about a burglary suspect driving through a date in the neighborhood. He was reportedly booked for felony vandalism.
