Caitlin Clark is reminiscing on her “electric” time at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

“My mom was, like, begging me to take her. She was like, ‘I gotta go. Everybody’s talking about it,’” Clark, 22, said on the Thursday, January 2, episode of Jason and Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. “I’m like, ‘OK, OK.’”

When Swift, 35, stopped in Indianapolis, Clark — who noted that she lives in the downtown area — recalled trying to listen to the concerts. “I’m, like, on my balcony trying to listen,” Clark joked.

Clark gushed that the experience was “a lot of fun.” She added, “I turned my mom into a full Swiftie now. Two of my cousins were there too. Good time, good time.”

Before Swift’s record-breaking tour came to a close in December 2024, Clark noted that she attended three concerts.

“I went early on when Taylor first went on tour in Minnesota at U.S. Bank. One of her early concerts and that was a lot of fun,” Clark said. “I went with some of my college friends and we had a good time together.”

After Jason, 37, said that it’s “it’s hard to not have a good time” during the show, Clark noted, “I don’t know how you couldn’t have a good time at something like that.” Travis, 35, added, “It’s so fun, man.”

After attending two of Swift’s Eras Tour shows in November 2024, Clark said she received numerous friendship bracelets — and discovered there may have been too many.

“I had a ton [of bracelets], all the way up the arms. I had to take them off, my circulation was getting cut off,” she said during a panel at the Women’s Leadership Summit last year. “Everyone was just chucking their bracelets at me.”

The following month, Clark recalled fans taking pictures of her in the suite and handing out friendship bracelets. She added that she was surprised by the response from attendees.

“People are just going crazy that I’m there,” Clark told TIME in December 2024. “I thought people would be so in their own world, ready to see Taylor. And it was just completely the opposite.”

Clark noted that Swift gave her four bags of merchandise from the Eras Tour alongside a note that the athlete was “inspiring to watch from afar.”

The outlet wrote, “She said ‘Trav and I’ were excited to get to a Fever game now that the tour was winding down and invited Clark to attend a Chiefs game with her.”
