The summer of sewer diving keeps on going.
Five “mole people” dove down a manhole into the Long Island drainage system in an overnight run Thursday — just one week after a seemingly separate trio emerged in NYC.
The unidentified urban spelunkers descended into the Wantagh storm drain at the intersection of Wantagh Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue at around 1 a.m., WABC reported.
The group was captured on surveillance cameras working together to get the cover open before sliding into the opening into the underground in a matter of seconds, according to video obtained by the outlet.
