Former 2GB heavyweight Ray Hadley has told a court that an alleged victim of unwanted kissing and touching by Alan Jones “broke down and cried” when he confided in him about the alleged assaults.

Hadley gave evidence on Tuesday in Jones’ criminal trial in the Downing Centre Local Court that he offered to accompany complainant “C” to the police in 2019 to make a statement.
