Ohio Republican Rep. Max Miller’s ex-wife, Emily Moreno, filed a lawsuit against him Wednesday, alleging he uploaded a nude photo of their daughter online.
Moreno, the daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, has been in an extended custody battle with Miller amid the fallout of their divorce. The lawsuit alleges that Miller “recklessly published and disclosed to the world a nude image” of their 2-year-old daughter.
The lawsuit claims Miller gave the photo to his lawyer, Aaron Minc, alongside other information he was using to fight allegations of domestic abuse.
