An unhinged man attacked three women — two of them outside a yeshiva — in a random Williamsburg spree late Monday, police said.
Jacob Narvaez, 22, allegedly first targeted a 19-year-old woman who was walking home on Heyward Street near Lee Avenue, slapping her on the buttocks around 9:25 p.m., cops said.
Narvaez then walked about four blocks to Bedford Avenue near Hewes Street, where he allegedly attacked his next two victims about five minutes later in front of a yeshiva, authorities said.
He came up behind one woman and slapped her on the side of her face, and scratched another on her back around 9:30 p.m., according to cops and one of the victims.
The slapped victim, Rachel Paskes, told The Post she was simply walking on the street and talking on the phone when she was clobbered on the right side of her face.
“He came from the back without me seeing anything,” Paskes told The Post by phone Tuesday. “The hit was so hard, I didn’t know what I was feeling.
“From the back, he slapped my right ear,” she added. “My phone went dead from the force of the slap. That’s how hard he hit….My ear became numb and red.”
No one ran after Narvaez, who bolted after the senseless assault, according to Paskes.
But Narvaez’s escape didn’t last long, as he was arrested about a half-mile away around 10:15 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment, police said.
He has no prior arrests, cops said.
Video posted on X by Williamsburg 365 News shows both the NYPD and the Williamsburg Shomrim Safety Patrol descending on the scene as Narvaez was led away in cuffs.
The string of attacks comes less than two weeks after Anthony Caines, 45, allegedly spat on three women in the same neighborhood during a two-day sickening spree, cops said.
He was granted supervised release because none of the incidents resulted in a felony charge, which would’ve kept him in custody.
