A multimillion-dollar mansion in the Hollywood Hills was burglarized Saturday night, as one resident was injured fighting off the suspects.

The homeowners returned from dinner to hear their dogs barking, and upon entering the house they found two suspects ransacking the $8.6 million mansion.

One of the residents, a man in his 70s, suffered bruises after trying to interrupt the robbery, but was not hospitalized, according to KTLA.

The family could be seen hugging each other outside the home.

A neighbor caught several people on camera jumping the fence, and later fleeing in what appeared to be a Kia sedan.

Police described the suspects as two black men, the outlet reported.

The Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived on scene a short time later, and requested a helicopter to assist in the search as more officers arrived.

The thieves escaped with cash and watches totaling about $88,000.

That same day, another $5 million mansion in Sherman Oaks was looted by masked robbers.

The homeowners were victims of a burglary Friday night, and had just boarded up their smashed door only to get hit again Saturday night, according to LAPD.

The suspects entered the mansion through a smashed glass door, but it’s unclear what was taken.

It is not clear if the two burglaries are connected.
