Shedeur Sanders capped off a roller-coaster first NFL season with one of the most unique stories in the league, going from a fifth-round draft pick to starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns and ultimately earning a spot on the 2026 AFC Pro Bowl roster.
After stepping into the starting lineup midseason and leading the Browns to wins over the Raiders, Bengals, and Steelers, Sanders finished his rookie year with 1,400 passing yards and seven touchdowns, showing flashes of promise as a professional quarterback. His selection to the Pro Bowl makes him the first Browns quarterback to be named to the team since Derek Anderson in 2008.
Despite mixed statistical results, Sanders’ season carries plenty of positive takeaways heading into 2026. Earning a Pro Bowl nod, even as a replacement, is a rare achievement for a first-year player and serves as recognition of his resilience.
There has not been an official release of Sanders’ Pro Bowl jersey, and no announcement has been made as to whether or not there will be one, so this is as close as it gets to the real deal for now. Considering the game is just a flag football event these days, we will just have to wait and see.
