Kim Kardashian is not happy after consulting four psychics who said she’d pass the California bar exam.
The Skims cofounder, 45, revealed the results of her bar exam in an Instagram Story on Saturday, November 8, sharing with fans, “Well…I’m not a lawyer yet. I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” referring to her new Hulu legal drama, All’s Fair.
On Monday, November 10, Kardashian shared a 5-minute TikTok video of herself getting ready for mom Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party in Los Angeles on Saturday. In the clip, Kardashian was captured leaving a fiery voice note blasting her team of psychics.
“I’m just letting you guys know that all of the f***ing psychics that we have met with, and that we’re obsessed with, are all f***ing full of s***,” she said into her phone while sitting in a makeup chair.
Kardashian continued, “They all collectively — maybe four of them — have told me I was going to pass the bar. So they’re all full pathological liars. Don’t believe anything they say.”
In Saturday’s Instagram post, Kardashian said that the setback to becoming a lawyer would not deter her, vowing to continue to on her legal journey.
“Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar,” the actress and shapewear mogul wrote. “No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way so far.”
Kardashian added, “Falling short isn’t a failure — it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more. Let’s Go!!!!!!!!!”
The Kardashians star previously passed the “baby bar” exam, a precursor to the bar exam, in 2021.
“In California, the way I’m studying law you need to take 2 bar exams, this was just the first one but with the harder pass rate,” she wrote in a December 2021 Instagram post. “I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route but it was my only option and it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals.”
Kardashian gave a shout-out to her late father, Robert Kardashian, a famous trial attorney who once represented O.J. Simpson.
“I know my dad would be so proud and he would actually be so shocked to know that this is my path now but he would have been my best study partner,” the reality star wrote. “I am told he was notorious for making fun of people who didn’t pass on their first attempt like he did, but he would have been my biggest cheerleader!”
It’s not just the psychics who have let Kardashian down as she continues her pursuit to become a lawyer like her father. The actress recently revealed that she failed law exams after relying on AI chatbot ChatGPT.
“I use it for legal advice. So, when I am needing to know the answer to a question, I’ll take a picture and snap it and put it in there. They’re always wrong. It has made me fail tests all the time,” Kardashian said in a November 3 video interview posted by Vanity Fair.
“And then I’ll get mad and yell at it and be like, ‘You made me fail. Why did you this?’ And it will talk back to me,” she added.
