Lindsay Clancy audibly wept as a medical examiner testified about the autopsy she performed on the Massachusetts mother’s 8-month-old baby boy.

Dr. Kimberly Springer was questioned for roughly 20 minutes about examining Clancy’s youngest son Callan as the mom – wearing a light brown long-sleeved blouse – sobbed through nearly the entire testimony before Judge William Sullivan called a recess around 9:45 a.m.

The judge initially told the jury in the morning that the first break would come around 11 a.m.

Clancy is accused of strangling her three kids with exercise bands at her Duxbury home before slitting her wrists and neck and throwing herself…
