Olivia Wilde is apparently back in the game.
The actress and director of Don’t Worry Darling was spotted at last week’s Los Angeles Clippers vs. Boston Celtics game at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles with a new friend, according to the Daily Mail.
That companion was 36-year-old actor Dane DiLiegro, a 6’8″ former pro basketball player in Europe and Israel. He had small parts in American Horror Story and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, then starred as the Predator in the Hulu film Prey. The latter currently holds the record for biggest movie or tv series premiere in Hulu history, and won DiLiegro plaudits from sci-fi fans for his athletic performance.
DiLiegro also hosted a culinary travel series called Adventure Monday, and has apprenticed to Tuscan butcher Dario Checchini in his spare moments during his European basketball career.
In the photos at the Clippers game, Wilde sat with DiLiegro’s arm around her, and the two looked cozy, per reports, exchanging lingering looks and frequent smiles.
The outing was Wilde’s first public date since she and singer Harry Styles split in 2022, but whether DiLiegro is more than just a friend has not been publicly stated.
Beyond the media frenzy that marked her relationship activities with Styles, Wilde was involved in a contentious custody battle with ex-fiance Jason Sudekis, with whom she was in a relationship from 2011 to 2020. The couple had two children together, son Otis, age 10, and daughter Daisy, 8.
A custody battle ensued in 2023 before Sudekis, best known for starring in the streaming hit Ted Lasso, was ordered to pay $27,500 in child support.
