A 55-year-old, on-duty NYPD school safety agent was busted for allegedly groping a 16-year-old Queens high school student during a photo op with her, prosecutors said.

Phillip Borden was in uniform when he posed for a photo with the teen inside Benjamin Franklin High School on 116th Avenue near Francis Lewis Boulevard in Cambria Heights late Wednesday afternoon, according to a criminal complaint.

He initially placed his hand on her upper back, but then moved it down to her buttocks and grabbed it without the girl’s consent, the court doc charged.

Borden was arrested and charged with forcible touching, official misconduct, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse, cops said.

Borden was released on his own recognizance during his Friday morning arraignment before Judge Sharifa Nasser-Cuellar, over prosecutors’ request that he be held on $5,000 bail.

An order of protection was issued to keep Borden away from the teen victim, the Queens DA’s Office said.

The investigation is ongoing by the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, cops said.
