Hearts have melted watching the bond between an owner and her two adorably affectionate dogs.

Sam, from the U.K., is the proud owner of Lila and Emerald, who are cockapoos: a mix between a poodle and cocker spaniel.

While the mix breed is not recognised by the American Kennel Club, a vet-reviewed report from PetMD describes them as having a friendly and calm demeanor, getting along with other pets and children.

Sam’s dogs’ affectionate natures were clear to see in a sweet video shared to her TikTok account, @lila_and_emerald on August 5, which has been watched by close to 100,000 people.

She wrote over the clip: “When the universe blesses you with not one, but two cuddly babies. I count my blessings every day.”

In the video, she takes Lila into her lap and leans into her, kissing her face, and Lila leans into the cuddle, resting her face on her owner’s shoulder.

Sam then picks up Emerald and asks for a cuddle, and the pup happily obliges, nuzzling into Sam’s neck and relaxing into the hug.

She wrote in a caption: “What I [have] ever done to deserve two of the most loving, gentle souls the world has ever known, I do not know.

“But I count my blessings every single day that these girls are mine.”

TikTok users were obsessed, many admitting to feeling a little jealous of how loving Sam’s dogs were towards her, as one wrote: “I wish mine were this cuddly,” and another declared Sam had “won the lottery.”

Others related to the clip, one sharing that their dog “sleeps in my arms…best feeling.”

“My cavapoo is the same, lays on my chest and stares into my soul,” another wrote, while one said: “I can just tell how this woman loves her dogs so much because I’m just like it with mine.”

And one moved commenter wrote simply: “The best feeling in the world.”

The creator responded, “Totally [heart-face emoji] hey’re like this all the time and it never gets old.”

Both poodles and the cocker spaniels, the breeds mixed to create a cockapoo, are described by the AKC as being affectionate towards family and good with young children.

Cockers in particular are noted as being eager playmates for young children, loving playtime, and are easily trained, making them popular choices as family pets.
