Sadie Robertson and her husband, Christian Huff, are officially parents of three.
The Duck Dynasty alum and Huff announced the arrival of their third baby on Sunday, August 3.
“Meet Kit Carroway Huff 🙂 8.1.25,” the couple shared via Instagram at the time. “Kit —Bearing Christ, Pure 🕊️🎀.”
In a separate post, Robertson expressed gratitude for her family’s newest arrival while snuggling baby Kit.
“God has hand crafted every detail of her story, and we are just in awe of His goodness!” she wrote via Instagram on Monday, August 4. “We can’t wait to watch all that He has for her life unfold. Soaking it all in 🩷.”
Robertson and Huff tied the knot in November 2019 and previously welcomed daughters Honey and Haven in May 2021 and May 2023, respectively.
In February, the couple celebrated Valentine’s Day by confirming baby No. 3 was on the way. “Our hearts are so full 🥹 another little love joining the Huff family 🤍,” they captioned a joint Instagram post at the time.
The accompanying black-and-white photos showed Robertson, Huff and their daughters posing with sonogram images as they kissed, hugged and held hands.
After sharing the news with the world, Robertson confessed during a February episode of her “Whoa That’s Good” podcast that her pregnancy came as a surprise since her focus had been on the family’s Duck Dynasty revival, which was announced in January. (The original series aired 11 seasons from 2012 to 2017.)
“I did find out I was pregnant, which was such a shock, but great shock — we were totally surprised,” she explained. “And so, this season of our life has been so crazy and so full, with filming and all the things that come with that, and that wasn’t necessarily our timeline or our plan that we thought [we] were gonna have a baby.”
Robertson recalled being “totally overwhelmed” by the news and feeling “nervous” to tell her family since “the show has been so much.” She found it hard to keep the secret from them but ultimately waited longer than she planned to share the update.
“Especially ‘cause we were together every single day, and, like, I was just trying to act like my whole life was not about to totally change, although it was totally changing,” Sadie recounted to her mother, Korie Robertson, on the podcast. “I just remember whenever I told you, I was super anxious. Life is so crazy right now. I have to tell you I’m pregnant, and you about fell on the floor. You were like, ‘What?’”
After recovering from her shock, Korie encouraged her daughter — whom she shares with husband Willie Robertson — to embrace the timing.
Sadie added, “You helped me so much because I was so nervous and felt so overwhelmed, and you kind of just need one person to say to you — especially your mom — ‘This is such great news. This is amazing. You’re gonna be the best mom to three, and it’s all gonna be OK.’”
