Cats can be fluffy, loving companions or agents of chaos, and usually, they are some combination of the two. All PlayStation Plus subscribers can take on the life of these furry enigmas in the award-winning game Stray starting on Nov. 4.
PlayStation Plus, which is Sony’s version of Xbox Game Pass, offers a large, constantly expanding library of games. Subscribers can choose from the Essential, Extra and Premium tiers, each with unique perks and benefits. Starting at $10 a month, PlayStation Plus plans give subscribers access to monthly games and rewards.
Here are the games PS Plus subscribers can access starting on Nov. 4. You can also check out the games Sony added to the PS Plus Game Catalog in October, including the Silent Hill 2 remake.
Stray
Humanity has vanished from an underground cyberpunk city and robots have taken their place. Now, you’ve got to get back to the surface to reunite with your family. The main difference between Stray and other sci-fi adventure games is that you play as an orange tabby cat instead of a human or similarly bipedal creature. That means you can easily climb pipes and squeeze into small places, and you can take the occasional catnap if you want.
EA Sports WRC 24
Build the rally car of your dreams in this racing simulator. EA Sports WRC 24 lets you race through over 200 competition stages from different World Rally Championship rallies in over 90 different cars. Get ready to battle other racers in rain or snow and on dirt and asphalt tracks as you pursue the perfect run.
Totally Accurate Battle Simulator
This is perhaps the most precise and accurate battle simulator ever created. Pirates fighting cavemen? Check. Cowboys shooting angels? Of course. Raptors clawing renaissance knights? OK, maybe that one’s a little far-fetched, but if you want to make it happen, you can in this wacky game. And you’ll probably have a good laugh while you’re at it.
