Tamra Judge believes there’s no way to reconcile her friendship with Gretchen Rossi after their Real Housewives of Orange County reunion drama.
“Unfortunately, no. I mean, she wants to blame everybody for things that she does,” Tamra, 58, exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 15, while attending BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. “She’s accused me of things that I’ve never done. I tried my hardest to move forward. She came in and could not move on.”
Gretchen, 47, returned to RHOC during the currently airing season 19, where she stirred up drama with Tamra by claiming her costar had an affair. Tamra, for her part, has vehemently denied the accusations.
“When I saw her for the first time, I said, ‘Let me reintroduce myself. Can we move forward? I would love that,’” Tamra said of Gretchen’s return to the reality TV hit. “We might need to have a discussion, but we can move forward. I never did anything to her that was so devastating. It was [from] show stuff 15 years ago —15 years ago.”
She added, “I can’t even remember what I did last week. [Am I] going to dwell on stuff from 15 years ago? Hell no.”
As for Gretchen, she told Us in a separate BravoCon interview that she’s hopeful that the women can eventually smooth over their feud.
“Things do get heated. I think that the goal of what all of us were saying to Tamra this season is we just wanted her to take a step back and kind of take an internal look at things,” Gretchen said on Saturday, defending her side of the story. “We just really wanted to see some of the behaviors change. And so, I think for me, if anyone’s ever really willing to show movement and change, then yes. I hope that there’s a way forward for us.”
While Gretchen is open to reconciling her friendship with Tamra, she was still upset by how far their drama escalated.
“Was I extremely hurt by what happened, absolutely, but I also feel like I built such amazing relationships with the other women,” Gretchen explained. “I have really great relationships with them, and friendships that are real. I’m excited to be with them, you know, and then hopefully that can get worked out in the process.”
If Tamra and Gretchen both return for RHOC season 20, they will be joined by former costar Vicki Gunvalson. (Andy Cohen announced during “The Bravos” award show on Friday, November 13, that Vicki, 63, was the first confirmed cast member of the new season.)
“I did not know it was gonna go down. I’ve spent a little time with Vicki lately and talking with her. And I’m like, ‘Have you got any news?’ Normally we don’t get news about next season [until] about December or January,” Tamra recalled to Us. “She’s like, ‘No, I haven’t heard anything.’ So, she was totally surprised [but] I was so happy.”
Tamra also revealed that her husband, Eddie Judge, was seated besides Vicki’s boyfriend, Michael Smith, at the time, who was equally shocked by the casting announcement.
“Eddie was sitting with Mike, who we absolutely adore, [Vicki’s] boyfriend of four years. And I was like, ‘Eddie, what did Mike say?’ He’s, like, ‘His jaw dropped, and he’s like, ‘Oh my God, this is happening,’” Tamra said of how Vicki’s man reacted to the news. “He’s much like Eddie, where he’s like, ‘OK, you do your stuff. I’m gonna go sit over in the corner.’ So now Eddie will have somebody to hang out with.”
