New Bachelorette Taylor Frankie Paul publicly accused a onetime friend of having a romantic relationship with her one of her exes.
“Just found out the snake in the middle IS sleeping with my baby daddy, meanwhile crying to me because she just got dumped by a married man,” Taylor, 31, claimed in a since-deleted post on her Instagram, per a screenshot shared by The Sun. “These desperate girls will do desperate things.”
Taylor did not name her aforementioned former friend or “baby daddy.” Taylor shares son Ever with Dakota Mortensen, as well as two older children with her ex-husband, Tate Paul. (Us Weekly has reached out to Dakota for comment.)
Taylor quickly deleted her social media post, later insinuating that her former pal is “praying for [her] downfall” in life.
“Anyone praying for my downfall please just stay the f*** away from me AND anyone associated with these people moving forward also stay tf away from me,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, October 14. “Want to be friends with desperate snakes, you’ll be no friend of mine.”
Taylor added in a follow-up post, “I’m not the type of person to let things bypass, I
I’ll rise above and move on after I call them out. It’s the principle of HOW it was done, not WHAT was done.”
Taylor then opted to show how the woman “wasn’t [her] friend” in the first place.
“This [is] my face saying help because she wouldn’t get off me,” Taylor wrote, sharing a throwback pic of the two women in a sprinter van while dressed in cowboy-themed getups. “She kept trying to hug and kiss me … saying she just loved me but doesn’t know me I guess.”
Taylor added, “Again, my face [says,] ‘Are we done?’ Couldn’t have me so you went for [an] easier target. Not friends because I KNEW BETTER. Girl BYE.”
Taylor also shared several screenshots of the unidentified woman sending her multiple DMs, asking to hangout and celebrate the reality TV star’s birthday. The individual also allegedly sent Taylor a link to one of fellow influencer Cassy Marie’s posts about being a single parent. Cassy has since made it clear that she’s not the frenemy in question.
“You guys, this is NOT me,” Cassy wrote via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, October 15. “Someone else sent her one of my posts. She is referring to someone that is NOT me. I literally have no idea what this is about. DO not slide in my DMs calling me a bitch.”
Cassy further stressed that she’s “never had any communication” with Taylor.
“I am getting blown up [online] for no reason,” Cassy added. “I have no clue what this is about. I have never had any communication with Taylor.”
Taylor and Dakota ended their rocky relationship for good in late 2024, shortly before the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star was named the next Bachelorette.
“I have not confirmed it with him. It’s just not something that’s been on, like, my priority list to confirm with him,” Taylor exclusively told Us Weekly in September, detailing whether Dakota knew she was in talks to hand out roses on the dating show. “I don’t know exactly how he’ll react or feel, but he does know that we opened the gates of dating other people. [He’ll] probably [be] sad. I assume that it’s like, ‘Whoa, she’s gonna be dating people, a lot, and then also, in front of me,’ and that’s probably gonna be kind of hard to watch.”
Dakota has since stressed in multiple social media posts that he is happy for Taylor.
