The daredevil couple who scaled the Empire State Building were high on love outside Manhattan court Monday — wildly making out after prosecutors revealed they could land a plea deal.

Angela Nikolau, 33, and beau Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, engaged in the steamy, hands-on makeout session near a hot-dog vendor outside the building after appearing in Manhattan Criminal Court to face felony charges for their cringe Instagram engagement stunt in July.

The couple wore decorative handcuffs as they tangled in each other’s arms, smooching for nearly 30 seconds while Nikolau flaunted her engagement ring for the first time in public since Kuznetsov dropped on one knee on top of the Manhattan landmark more than 1,000 feet in the air to pop the question.

Nikolau had bizarrely posted a video to her Instagram before Monday’s appearance in which she donned a latex body suit while holding a knife as she licked her partner’s head for what she dubbed “court prep.”

The pair wore black leather jackets with jeans to the hearing and held each other’s hand as they stood behind their lawyers in front of Manhattan Criminal Court judge Beverly Tatham.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Jessica Waldman said at the hearing that her office is in “active plea discussions” with the randy duo.

It’s unclear what the terms of a potential plea deal could look like, but the pair could face up to seven years if convicted of the charges currently against them, including burglary and reckless endangerment.

The couple caused $2,000 worth of damage and required the Empire State Building broadcast antenna to be powered down when they scaled the Big Apple landmark last month, prosecutors have said.

The duo had purchased tickets to visit the 1,454-foot Midtown building around 9 p.m. July 30 before hiding out there overnight — then emerged from a hatch on its 102nd floor around 5 a.m. the next day, sources have said.

That’s when they began scrambling up the building’s antenna and unfurled a banner that read, “When the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace,” a moment captured on video by news stations and the couple themselves.

After climbing down from the antenna, Kuzentsov — who goes by Ivan “Vanya” Beerkus on social media — dropped to one knee and proposed to Nikoula who donned a black cat mask.

Nikoulau and Kuznetsov were hit with burglary, reckless-endangerment and criminal-mischief charges, all felonies, in addition to misdemeanor counts of possession of burglary tools, trespass and criminal tampering.

The couple were the subjects of a 2024 Netflix documentary, “Skywalkers: A Love Story,” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival that year.

They’re due back in court on Sept. 29.
