Ramona Singer really is living her best life after moving to Palm Beach, Florida, teasing that fans might be surprised to see her softer side on The Golden Life.

“I’m so excited,” Ramona, 69, exclusively told Us Weekly of the upcoming E! series while attending The One Party by Uber at Pier 36 in New York City on Friday, June 12. “I like E! because it’s a different show. It’s not about women attacking women.”

The former Real Housewives of New York City star revealed that her new series is about “enjoying the best part of our lives.”

“Now our children are grown and we’re living our best lives,” Ramona shared. “I like to golf, play tennis, have lunches, do dinner parties. But there’s still, you know, a little altercation, but not that real negative energy. Which I love.”

Ramona confirmed that viewers will see some of the women “crying over emotion,” but her role is now “the peacemaker.”

“I feel like I’m a psychologist. It’s a very different role for me,” she teased, crediting her move from the Big Apple to Florida for her newfound zen.

“I’m just at a different stage of my life. I’m really happy within,” Ramona gushed. “I think living in Palm Beach the past four years has been very good for me emotionally and mentally.”

The reality star added that when a fight erupts during filming — or everyday life — she has learned it’s not always what it seems.

“I just think there’s no reason to fight and get angry, and if someone is fighting and angry, there’s a deeper reason,” Ramona told Us. “Like, why are you angry? Let’s unpeel the layers. Let’s get to the heart of it.”

Ramona starred on RHONY from season 1 to 13, finishing her run on the Bravo series in 2021.

During the season 13 finale, Ramona revealed that she had recently bought a condo in Palm Beach, showing off the property via Instagram in September 2021.

Since the show ended — RHONY was revamped with a new cast in 2023 — Ramona is one of many Real Housewives who have relocated to Florida.

Bethenny Frankel, Jill Zarin and Sonja Morgan are among those who now call Florida home, at least part-time.

Amid the change of location, news broke in February that some of the OG stars of RHONY would be reuniting for E!’s The Golden Life, highlighting their friendship and shenanigans in Florida.

The cast includes Ramona, Sonja, 62, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps and Kelly Bensimon.

“We’re really, like, getting to know each other better,” Ramona told Us of her costars on The Golden Life. “Even though I know we’ve been like — we’re like family, but we’re opening up more.”

She teased, “And yes, there are a couple of women who actually got very emotional and were crying.”

The Golden Life will premiere on E! this fall.
