“The Housemaid”, starring Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried, is heading for digital release next month, preparing topremiere on Premium Digital and Premium Video on Demand platforms from February 3.
The film, which had an estimated budget of $35 million, has made $246.3 million so far at the worldwide box office and continues to screen in theaters across many countries.
Based on Freida McFadden’s novel of the same name, “The Housemaid” follows Sydney Sweeney as Millie Calloway, who moves into the home of Nina Winchester (Amanda Seyfried) to serve as a live-in nanny for her and her family. However, as she starts to uncover the family’s secrets, Millie realises that her troubling past may catch up to her.
