Holiday shopping is expected to look much different this year with tighter budgets and higher prices. CNET’s annual holiday shopping survey found that close to three of every four holiday shoppers (73%) plan to buy tech this holiday season, and they expect to spend an average of $808 on tech products and services during that time.
