Ciara’s husband Russell Wilson didn’t waste any time pushing for baby number five, according to the singer.

Ciara is mom to sons Future, 12, (whom she shares with rapper Future) and Win, 5, as well as daughters Sienna, 9, and Amora, 2. While the couple already have their hands full with four kids, Ciara exclusively told Us Weekly on Friday, July 10, that Wilson wants more.

“I will tell you, when I was giving birth to Amora, that was our fourth baby, he was like shortly after, ‘So, cinco?’ and I’m like, ‘Wait a minute now, like slow it down, sir. We just had a baby here. Let’s be in this moment here, sir.’” Ciara, 40, told Us while promoting her partnership with Ross World, Ross’ new creative platform.

She continued, “And I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ I said, ‘That is just disrespectful,’ of course, in a laughing way.”

However, Ciara admitted she’s not ruling the idea out altogether.

“But you know, listen, I will say this. I love being a mom. It’s my favorite job of all. And I couldn’t stand here and tell you, like, that I don’t see that happening one day in our lives to have cinco because why not, right?”

Ciara, who recently marked her 10-year wedding anniversary with Wilson on July 6, and released new single “Yes” to celebrate, also shared the secrets behind their successful relationship.

“We’re super aligned, from how we dream together, how we envision life to be. We’ve always been that way since day one, and I think that’s been game changing,” Ciara divulged. “And then obviously we’re very spiritual people, so we always say God and Jesus at the center. So I think you have to have some kind of, like, positive, powerful force in your life that’s beyond you.”

According to Ciara, faith has been instrumental in helping them navigate any ups and downs in their relationship.

“When you do have challenges, you can find that middle ground, that peaceful place to kind of, like, help you realign yourselves or like get things settled to where they need to be,” she said.

Ciara added that “communication” and making space for quality time together is also crucial.

“Communication is important and I think you can’t stop dating each other. I think that’s the important piece,” she said. “We still go on dates all the time, and it’s fun. I feel like a little kid all over again every time. Even the simple dates, just throwing on sweat pants.”

She added, “You got to live as young as you can for as long as you can, and stay connected that way. So we’re pretty much locked in step on every part of life, and I think that’s huge, and so that’s been, I would say, a few of the things that are part of the glue to us.”
